July 12 (Bloomberg) — Democratic Republic of Congo will
modify a law that restricts foreign ownership of agriculture
projects as it seeks to raise financing for a proposed $5.7
billion expansion plan, the Agriculture Ministry said.

July 11 (Bloomberg) — The Democratic Republic of Congo,
which has some of the worlds richest metal deposits, delayed a
ban on the export of copper and cobalt concentrate until next
year, the countrys mines minister said.
